Prayer for Guidance

O Lord,

I do not know what I should ask for, but I want to be led by Thee.

Many voices call me and many hands beckon me.

Help me not to take the wrong path.

I give myself to Thee for guidance.

Lead me to do what is right.

Help me to silence the voice of temper.

Bring me safely through the perils which beset me, and lead me in Thy way everlasting.

For Thy name's sake.

Amen.
